To commemorate the victory of the allied forces over the Pakistani forces in the Bangladesh Liberation war in 1971, ‘Victory Day’ was celebrated at BVM, Udham Singh Nagar with patriotic zeal and enthusiasm. During the special morning assembly, the music choir of IX paid tribute to our unsung heroes, gallant warriors of armed forces through a patriotic song ‘Vatan Par Jo Fida Hoga Amar Vo Naujawan Hoga’. Chandra Prabha (TGT Hindi) acquainted the students with this remarkable day and highlighted the stories of valour of our brave soldiers who compelled Pakistani soldiers to surrender. A parade by NCC cadets evoked a feeling of nationalism and patriotism among Bhartiyans.
Principal Bandana Sethi extended warm wishes to the BVM family. She said that one needs to strive hard like our soldiers to achieve the targets of life. The whole BVM saluted the heroism of Indian Forces.
