CT University develops contactless automatic sanitizer dispenser

Ludhiana: CT University, Ludhiana under the flagship of Research and Innovation Centre for Excellence (RICE) developed an in-house ‘Contactless Automatic Sanitizer Dispenser’. As the Government has issued the guidelines of making the contact with things to the minimum, this dispenser can be used by many but without any touch.

It spray’s sanitizer uniformly over the hand and consume 5 times less sanitizer than manual one. The overall cost of the machine is less than 2500 rupees.”

CTU’s another successful concept by team RICE can bring a change for the society. This can be installed in various schools, universities, shopping malls, etc. where crowd is more, said Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor.
