Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar, Shines in ‘National Hackathon, 2019’


The young innovators of Bhartiya Vidya Mandir (USN) Suraj Kumar, Priyansh Patel, Gokul Malik & Tarak Aggarwal made a remarkable victory at the National level at Manipal University, Jaipur in the 'National Hackathon 2019' by winning the second position. They competed with the IIT & B.Tech students from all over India, they made 'Smart Sewage Shooter Robot’ under the category of 'Healthcare'. They received Rs. 75000/- as prize money. They were honoured and felicitated by the honourable Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gahlot along with other ministers, Vice Chancellor of Manipal University and a galaxy of scientists from various universities.
It is one of the exceptional achievements of the students and the teachers in the ATL lab who have been regularly tinkering upon the different and new ideas and giving them the shape with their hard work under the guidance of their teachers and they have won various prizes at different time intervals and at the various levels. The Principal applauded the sincere efforts of ATL Coordinator Seema Gupta and the Mentor Narendra Singh Rawat for guiding the students. The school feels proud of the achievements of all the BVM Tinkerers. The constant support and blessings of the Management and Principal Bandana Sethi's motivation keeps the students to tread on the path of innovation.
